Ingredients
Dough
250 g flour
5 g yeast
1 tsp granulated sugar
Pinch of salt
50 ml sunflower oil
125 ml lukewarm water
25 g lactose-free butter
Topping
1 egg
Splash of lactose free milk
Sesame seeds - amount to taste
Instructions
In a bowl, mix the flour, yeast, sugar and salt.
Make a well in the center and add the sunflower oil.
Gradually add the lukewarm water and knead until a dough forms.
Let the dough rest for a few minutes, then spread the butter over it and knead until smooth and elastic.
Cover the dough and let it rise for up to 1 hour, or until it doubled in size.
Divide the dough into 4 equal balls and cover again for 10 minutes.
In a small bowl, mix the egg with the milk. Brush this mixture over the buns.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
Bake the buns in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 10 minutes, until golden brown.
