1 banana
100 g carrot
2 eggs
150 ml almond milk
4 tbsp plant-based yogurt
1 tsp cinnamon
Honey to taste
150 g flour
100 g oats
16 g baking powder
Toppings
100 g chocolate beans
Handful walnuts
2 tbsp plant-based yogurt

Break the banana into small pieces and place them in a large bowl.
Grate the carrot into the bowl and add the eggs.
Pour in the almond milk together with the yogurt, cinnamon and honey.
Add the flour, baking powder and oats.
Blend with a hand mixer until you get a smooth, thick batter. If the batter is too thin, add a bit more flour.

Before serving, top with yogurt and the nut butter.
