400 g flour
Pnch of salt
0,5 tsp granulated sugar
16 g baking powder
500 g vegan quark
Topping
1 egg
Sesame seeds - amount to taste
Instructions
In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, salt and granulated sugar.
Gradually add the vegan quark and knead until you get a soft and smooth dough.
Divide the dough into 4 or 5 equal balls and place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Make a hole in the center of each ball to form a bagel shape. The end of a wooden spoon works perfectly.
Brush the bagels with the beaten egg and sprinkle generously with sesame seeds.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 20-25 minutes, until golden and fully cooked.
