Base
4 dates
100 g unsalted pistachios
8 tbsp oats
300 ml almond milk
Quark layer
400 g lactose-free plain quark
Vanilla honey – amount to taste
Topping
100 g blueberries
Honey – amount to taste
Instructions
Cut the dates in half and remove the pits. Blend them together with the oats, pistachios, and almond milk until smooth.
Spread the mixture over the bottom of a baking dish. Cover with foil and place it in the refrigerator for a while.
In a bowl, mix the quark with the vanilla honey and set aside.
For the topping, cook the blueberries together with honey in a small saucepan until the berries become soft. Let it cool.
Spread the quark mixture evenly over the base in the baking dish. Gently shake the dish to smooth the top.
Place the blueberries in the center, use a fork and make swirling motions to create a marble effect.
Refrigerate the dish for 1 or 2 hours before serving.
