Tajine with Shakshuka
Published on
There's something so cozy about cooking a tajine. The aroma, the warmth and the way all the flavors slowly come together. This dish is my take on a simple Shakshuka. Full of rich tomato sauce, soft peppers and perfectly cooked eggs. Best enjoyed with fresh bread and warm cup of (Morrocan) tea. A simple comforting meal that fills the kitchen with the best aromas.
